Vibrations front wheel
« on: August 15, 2019, 06:50:52 PM »
Hi all

Today I decided to change the bearings of the front wheel, and I noticed that there is a gap between the bearing and the axle. I made a video of this. Does anyone know if this is normal?

Thanks in advance

I am using a Samsung tablet and video won't play...

As far as fit to axle, it should slide on the axle shaft with NO "play", no space, no gap.. Wrong bearing if there is. I think it should be a 6204 2RS on each side....

The bearings sould be the 6002LU = Sealed Ball Bearing 15x32x9 mm
The 6204 are 20x47x14mm !!! none even close.

I see your video.
The axle/bearing fit seems to show too much play.

Oops! Thank you for setting that straight! I'm old! Come to think I saw that 6002 in one of the pictures! And Stig saw the gap in his video. So what ain't right! Shaft not right?
