You DO realize the time estimates in flat rate tables and like what you found are generated or highly modified by guys in suits that never actually TRY to do any of the work, doncha? Just like airline scheds of the 80's were geared by travel agents not going beyond the first "page" on the computer. We were always late on that basis! The kicker was the connecting flights were based on that so a LOT of folks had to wait for the next flight!
