You probably will not want to hear this.  Had a guy in our club a few years back that threw a ton of $$ at his 50cc four-stroke Kymco.  New go fast parts every week.  It all added up to - very, very little improvement in speed.

You want speed, get a 150.

I ordered carb first not sure best choice that was before I planned on going little over board... Just was dangerous a lot of hills where I live and 18-20mph wasn't very good...

Oops, my bad....thought you had a four-stroker.  Now the 2T is a different animal altogether!

Looks like you got the right idea with parts - what brand carb did you get?    I recall something about the CDI....the later model Kymco air cooled 2t's were different than the earlier models in that one was AC and the other DC, so you have to get the right one?    I'm sorry but the all-time best forum for 2 stroke tuning went away a year or so ago, so I am relying on my memory ::)

Have fun with it all!

AC and the CDI wasnt easy and not sure I have the right one on the way... I almost gave up on it, I   ordered from overseas somewhere says only for 16in wheels(no idea why) and I have 141n... Motorkit I think is where I found... Since then the guy at Scootertronics found a couple but I wanna see If the one I ordered is right before paying for another... Looked for two weeks and still not sure its right...

My revvs are through the roof going 35mph im at 14000 rpms... And i have no top end.. Can get to 40mph but thats almost 20000 rpms.. New kit is probably gonna blow engine is working way to hard... Polini hi speed variator i dont know what it could be changed back to factory contra changed rollers from 9gram all the way to 6gram as well as clutch springs tried everything i can think of... If anybody has a suggestion it would be greatly appreciated...

seems you have the power with high RPM.  you need to get the RPM down, did you look at the drive pulley to see if the belt goes to the top of pulley, that will get you higher speed, at better RPM for motor life,  you can load the rollers with something to raise the weight, for next to no money,  that will close the pulley at higher RPM.  some use JP glue ???

Curious - what tach are you using?  Didn't think that the factory tach would read that high.

If your rpm's are too high at cruising speed the rollers need to be heavier, not lighter.

Did you add an aftermarket pipe?
