Oh, yeah I saw that. I noticed that electrical tape right away, and was wondering about it. lol. I thought you were asking about one of them smaller tubes.

..prototype blown air induction...

..uses forced air from the engine's cooling fan to increase air flow through the carburetor...

..yeah....there's a small tube on the end of the filter with a flow valve, that i used to regulate warm air into the airflow during the cold (25 degree) mornings to keep from running lean...

You put that valve in there? Or it came that way? Cause that's pretty clever too.

..the other end of the tube went into the engine's shroud by the carburetor...

..nice hot air blowing out there...

...it can be 25 in the morning and then 60 non th way home...

..with th K&N it became a delima for me to regulate my fuel mix...

..but the warm air addition in the morns made life more enjoyable for me...

Oh, i bet! Because I can imagine the frustration you had the other morning when you said you had to ride half-throttle all that way to work. Had to be rough.
