Kymco Agility City 125, 160cc kit fitted but running issues

Hi all, I’m new here and realise this has been partly covered before. I have fitted a 160cc kit (from Racing Planet), to my Aglity City 125. I also bought a set of eleven carb main jets. Nobody seemed to know which to jet to fit. Not even YouTube! (A size 102 jet came out). So after some rough maths I worked out that 160cc would require  116 jet. Anyhow, the mechanic fitted a 118 as he thought that was correct. It starts and runs but starts to cough/miss at about 32 mph and will do no more.
So, my question is, which jet should be right for 160cc?
116,114 or maybe 112?
Planning to get the plastic off again tomorrow and get it running properly ready for work on Monday. Any help, advice, tips greatfully recieved. Thank you!

I've fitted 3 x 150cc kits to various Kymco agility 125's. The first two had standard carbs and I found after a lot of experimenting that they ran best on the original jets! One was a 102 and the other a 104. Like you, i did some calculations but ended up as standard. They ran too rich, fouled the plug and ran rough at 3/4 throttle on 110 jets.
My latest 150cc is a fuel injected agility 125 and again it runs standard, as I cant change the mapping!
I found no increase in top speed but far more torque up hills

118118, many thanks. I am a bit miffed to be honest as the garage were meant to sort it all. But if I go back, it could take them ages and cost a fortune. So I’ll probably strip the carb myself and experiment. Have done many more calculations and keep coming back to a jet size of 116. I’m surprised that nowhere on the net can you find what main jet a 160cc engine should have for standard running. Damn!

Sorted. After a few attempts, the correct mainjet for the 160cc engine is in fact, 106.
