What's up with the forum?

When I try to start a new topic or reply to a thread it comes up in a different format than before with no taskbar for smileys, pictures or links. 
Anyone else having this issue?

The formatting tools are missing from my attempt to create a new topic as well as my replies. So, you are not alone.

Yep.  Noticed  last night the text box was not worky right.

I changed the site to use Https. Some of the theme settings still used http. Should be fixed now...
