Hi need your help, Super 8 2T from Montreal!
« on: November 02, 2019, 04:54:26 PM »
Hi,
I just buy kymco Super 8 2 Strokes 2011 with 8000km. All original, restriction removed (Variator and exhaust).
I didn't check if they change the main jet!?
The rollers on the original variator are finish, they have flat on 3 rollers (8.2g). For now i put 6.5g on the variator, only this one i have here... Acceleration little bit faster, but motor rpm is higher and it's longer to hit the 55km/h (my top speed)!

What is the best configuration with the stock motor (49cc) to have the better speed!?
I would like 70 km/h!
If i need to change the exhaust system i don't want one too noisy because the police check that here.... Can i stay with the original one!?
Did is it better to change the variator, modify the original air box and change the jet ....

Thank's!

Is this a 4T(4 Stroke) or 2T(2 Stroke)?

Different things needed for different versions
2015 Super 8 50R
72cc BBK
Polini Hi-Speed with stock boss and 6.5gr rollers
Naruko 1000RPM White Spring
Technigas Silent Pro Exhaust
3 x 1" Air Filter additions to Air Box

Thank you for the link, but I want to have the most performance with the least performance parts...
I will probably change the original variator for a Malossi or Polini, but the rest as original as possible!

I do not want to have an exhaust too noisy, because here the police do not tolerate!
That's why I want to keep the original exhaust as much as possible, unless there is a performance exhaust, with an unrestricted and original look !?

Thank's!
