Hey i brought a 125cc kymco agility 2006 moped the guy who I got it off he pulled the carby off and clean it when he didn't know what he was doing and when he put it back together it was reving high but before he did it.. It was working good and I turned down the rev screw and 15/20 mins later it went back up... Dose anyone know what it could be??? please thank you
