OK, but why?  Seems like the Like's EFI system works very well for me, even in cold weather.
Seems like a step backwards... ???

Most probably the easiest way to get a stranded model going by a diy owner.

More info - like what carb, jet sizes, fuel consumption ,and performance comparison, etc. should be very interesting.

Don't think we're going to get that.
He did post a nice video of taking his gecko for a ride.
His scoot has 27,000+Km on it.
