There's a season you can't ride scooters? Doesn't seem like here.  :P

Started out this AM, 1/12, for 2 day ride from Chattanooga, planed to overnite in Columbus MS----weather bad, cold feeling, rain in the forecast, temp around 50---I was dressed in Darien Jack and pants----feather stuff under jacket---first stop after an hour and 50 miles or so----decided I didn't need this as I had been to Columbus before anyway----turned to AL back roads and decided to go home....I don't do this very often.....rode on some roads I have not been on before---after 110 miles got home.  Bike parked.  It ran well, hip (right) hurt a little (maybe cold and damp?)

Wore my Wolverine waterproof boots that seem to work well in long days in hard rain, instead of my Aerostich Combat Lite as they are only good for a day or maybe 2 in hard rain.   I like dry comfortable feet.   It was cold enough for my Langlitz gloves.

On the west side of WA state now - I try and ride all year round now like I did in CA. ..  When in Spokane with many feet of snow from Nov - April  we  understand the PMS syndrome.   (PMS = Parked Motorcycle Syndrome)   LOL
