Yep works fine, hit 37-38 on speedo so around 35, not my bike it's my girlfriends so no insurance so quick test ride, mine hits 50-55 and goes to slow lol

Nope, not yet haven't got the  tools or anything what do I need? What else apart from eproxy can i use to fill the cdi box

..you CAN leave it as is...

..ANY kind of silicone, gasket-maker or similar type substance will work...

..the restricted drive boss has a shoulder that dis-allows the two pulley halves of the variator to come completely together..thus limiting how high your drive belt can ride...

..you need to either replace the boss, or machine off the shoulder...

..i think there is a few mm difference in it's length, when de-restricted as well...

G'day wordslinger, you have mentioned this before, about a few mm shorter when machining the drive boss, that will also bring the two halves closer together, more effective. Mine was already done before I got it. Obviously you want the drive face up to the end of the crankshaft, how much does the stock drive boss overhang the shaft? I hope I have worded that ok.

..i think the determining factor there is ..y' gotta make sure that the drive face spline, and the shaft's spline stay.......splined....

 ;D


..if there are a few mm of tolerance there..(every scoot is diffeerent),

..why not take advantage of it??
