Slipping clutch, belt or both. Maybe splines stripped.

Did you check the splines as suggested by Crossbolt?

Gear-like grooves on a shaft to transmit torque to or from that shaft and what is mounted or slides on that shaft. You will find splines on the engine crankshaft extension at the forward part of the CVT, at the rear of the CVT for the clutch and on that gearbox output shaft to drive the rear wheel. Any one of these could be stripped smooth and cause your problem. Possible but generally not likely. Just possible. A slipping belt is more likely because your mechanic did not intall your new belt correctly.

check front and rear pulley for grease, you can clean with disc brake cleaner,.  while you are in there check rollers make sure the rollers are facing the right way, because the centre Wt. could come out,.

I never considered a bad bearing! Yes, the back wheel should be free to turn by hand!

Depends if the one on the right side which is easy or the ones in the gearbox which are not hard to change just more involved.

Ask your mechanic to spin your rear wheel.
I'm no expert, but I see/hear nothing unusual in your rear wheel video.

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.
