FLAT ROOLERS

HOW BAD IS IT TO HAVE FLAT SPOTS ON THE ROLLERS

HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN

POTENTIAL DAMAGE???

I dont think it will do any damage, but you will lose performance as it gets worse, it wont roll or slide smoothly and you will lose the outside diameter, so it wont push the variator movable drive face as far, resulting in lower top speed.

have noticed a lower top speed can you get lighter rollers for a scooter shop or just on the net

or does anyone just want to give me some free ones lol

These the thingies? Looks like you can choose your size. I dunno if it's the right thing or even a good price, but I just noticed them when I was looking for bolts/pins in case I break something when I take my brakes off.

No, omfg. If it was fixed I would probably be out riding and getting things done instead of sitting here posting in the daytime.  ;D

..small flat spots occur pretty quickly to new rollers...it's just the nature of the rollers...

..that doesn't mean, that the rollers will always ride in the flats...

..they dont!!!, until the flats get really profound...


..usually, over time you will see a kinda 3-sided wear to your rollers...

..at least, i have....
..every mod (action) necessitates a (reaction) mod..
