I guess I was expecting to be one of the older riders with mostly younger scooter riders on the this forum.

I've been riding ten years, about 8 of them as my only form of transport, much less in the last two years but I am still going.

I guess I come under the "younger" demographic. I mostly rode in my 20s because owning a car was totally unaffordable.

I bought an Allstate moped used in 1962 and have had bikes or scooters ever since. ;)

I got my first motorcycle 39 years ago.  I bought my first scooter over 9 years ago.  Since getting into scooters I have been riding them more than my motorcycles but still ride both.
