I notice more cracks in the plastic, body screws missing, and I add more gorilla tape

I can't tell. Are you smiling or complaining😊
Sounds like you're beating that baby over some top notch tough ground....!
Try and keep it right side up.
Be well...

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

Yep,  keep mine right side up as well, to darn heavy to set back up, so I watch carefully. Have had to replace a few screws and bolts but no cracked plastic....yet !

gonna have to get a bag of body screws

using er as a log skidder

I've kept it upright for the most part, this was backing up slowly in stump and rock riddled terrain. the guy guiding me said stop, I fat footed the brake and hit the gas instead, right rear wheel climbed a 2ft tall boulder, and you can see the result

mostly I bang into stuff in the woods, my drag plow is not on a stiff hitch, so sometimes it slides into me when plowing, ya, I bought it as a work horse and it gets used as such

took my 450i in for a routine service and checkup. I have been beating it up,  needs a couple ball joints, wheel bearing and a half shaft.

I guess hooking a choker to a tree/log and giving it a tug  takes it's toll , it has been handling like sh!t, I blamed on worn shocks, guess the shocks are ok, dealer expects to have parts by Friday

Look at all the work you have done with that machine, the Polaris owners have to replace wheel bearings frequently just because they are cheaply made.  Have some neighbors and friends with various other makes of utv's, they all have made numerous repairs to there machines, but, knock on wood, my 450i has been pretty much trouble/ repair free.
