2016 Agility 50cc turn signal
« on: May 03, 2020, 06:01:47 PM »
Hi there, I'm new to this forum and to riding. I have a 2016 Agility 50, and the rear left turn signal bulb is blown. I can't for the life of me find a replacemnet bulb or the bulb size. Any help on where to buy? it appears to be a bi-pin 12v 10w, but I'm not sure.

If you have it in hand - auto-parts counterman should be able to match it up (I like NAPA, - they're always grumpy, but they fix me up)
Not listed in owner's manual, I guess?

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

Welcome to the forum!

I lost a signal on my Agility 125 but found it easiest to buy a 4 pack of mini signals on ebay for $5.50. I ride a lot in the woods and have a pack of spares as I loose a lot to branches.

If you search "mini turn signals" on ebay there is a myriad of various patterns and colors. I would stay away from the little pointed LED signals though.

As long time rider---#1 try your dealer  #2 Parts store----this on-line crap can kill mc business---riders need dealers, even it is every now and then.

Absolutely, if a dealer is available that is ideal. I bought a used kymco and don't have a dealer within 80 miles though.

does your bulb look like the amber bulb in the attached pic? It's the rear bulb from my People S200 (and coincidentally the exact same rear bulb my Ninja 300 uses).

it's a BAU15S amber bulb, also referred to as a PY21W. If this looks like your bulb do a search and you should find a replacement. The pins on the base are at 120 degrees (my front bulb was different, bigger clear bulb, a BAU15 with pins at 180 degrees)

I just pulled a bulb from a 2011 Agility 50.  I cannot make out the brand and have no idea if it is original. It reads P21W 12V.  It looks like a GE 1156 (19W I believe) and it looks like a Stanley 1073 (12V23W).  Nothing fancy.  Just old style automotive incandescents.  Nothing shown in the Kymco parts diagram except complete signal assembly.  Should be easy to find locally.

My Agility 125 uses a Philips 12498 21w 12v automotive bulb. Any auto store should carry it if that is what the 50 uses.
