I suggest you tell more of what is happening! Typically, these do not make a full revolution on the starter unless you time your starter engagements, especially in cold weather. Cold being less than 40 deg F. The batteries are woefully too small for such a big single displacement. That's why I have a cheapo lawn & garden battery in my UXV500i. Mine is a 2014, new old stock.
How many hours/ miles? This the first time its failed to start? When has the air filter been inspected/replaced? Any change in start sequence after key turned on? How hard are you pushing on brake pedal when attempting to start? Does it even turn over when you turn the key?
