Kymco super 8 2011 50cc 2t First time tuning

Hey guys, just got a 50cc 2t super 8 and I am looking for some help. I live in eu. what are the best sites to order parts and what should I do first.

First tell us about your Super 8.  Does it run?  How does it run?  What do you expect from your tuning?

I got it for 250€ and for that money it looks pretty good. I wanted a scooter that I can work on and for now it seems perfect. everything on the outside is all good.

I do not know much about scooters, but last owner said, that it gets some extra air from somewhere, but most likely it is not the motor, because he already checked it, also the motor has almost all new parts, except the cylinder, he said the cylinder should be ok. Also something is wrong with the air filter, the factory one does not seem to work, he said, that replacing it with a cone filter has helped him before.

It runs, but the rpms are going really high and then it dies
