That is the same seller I bought the agility belts from. Reliable service and quality genuine products.

I purchased a Malossi belt from Scooterparts co a couple of months ago. I happened to measure it's width when it arrive and it's only 23.6mm wide. Below minimum spec. That's despite stating it should be 25.1mm.

I emailed Malossi twice to ask if the variance from spec is normal or anything to worry about, and they haven't replied. I won't be buying any of their parts again.

And this was supposed to be the right part?

Better to order directly from your local Kymco dealer and get right part.

I have stuck with genuine belts from Taiwan over Kevlar. The oem belt has outlasted a Gates belt at a much higher price.

Karl, if the numbers in the ebay photo of the Kymco bag look right - and with free shipping - I'd give the Asian seller a try.
If you want to help out your bricks/mortar store - send him 10 bucks anonymously.
I've done well over 1300 ebay transaction over 20 years - never a problem.

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

Yes, the correct part number and everything. All other measurements were fine and it fits on the bike. I've been using it for 1,000km now. But I'm not happy with the variance from spec in relation to the width and the lack of engagement from Malossi. I can't fault scooterparts.com, they were great to deal with and delivered promptly and it's not their issue.

This is the one I got Malossi belt (6115277). That's the code stamped on the actual belt.
These are the stated specs https://www.malossistore.eu/x-k-belt-for-maxi-scooter-252x147x1004-mm-30-kawasaki-j-300-ie-4t-lc-euro-3-ws60-6115277-kaj300-M-P

Here's a link to a thread I made about it with a picture of the measurement. https://www.kymcoforum.com/index.php?topic=29412.0
