I got my seat latch parts in today.  Took a bit of creativity to get it all to work though.  There are very slight differences between my People 50 and the seat on the People 150.  All that really matters is that it works and now I can actually lock my seat.   :)

Thanks for the help you guys.  Now if my variator weights would just hurry up and get delivered.   :P

Hey, that's great news, pedro! Good job!! I know it's a pain carrying that helmet around everywhere or leaving it and worrying about it. Your rollers should be here soon, right?

I got my new rollers today.  I tried a bunch of different combinations before I finally settled on 7 grams.  It's got really good acceleration now down low in the RPM band and the best part is....I didn't lose any top speed, I just confirmed it with my GPS I actually picked up 1/2 mile an hour.  47.9 mph now!   ;D ;D

These scoots are awesome, 14 days ago I bought my 2004 People 50 2t bone stock with the wind at my back it'd hit 30 mph, Today I'm keeping up with traffic on the main roads.   ;D

Excellent, if you go lighter you can improve the take off, but as you found, you can lose some top.

Yeah, It only took 6 days to get here from Taiwan so the wait wasn't too bad.   :P
