..well, you should be able to hear when the bystarter shuts down, when you warm up your scoot before riding..

..the rpms will drop-off..

..it's only after then that you should begin idle jet screw adjustments...

..i like to get my scoot really good and warm before adjusting the idle screw...

...cause the engine is going to be hotter when riding....

I have been running seafoam in all my small engines all the time for a couple of years now . I keep a 5 gal can of mix in my garage . It keeps the fuel systems clean and moisture free . I use it in both my scoots , my mowers , weed eater , leaf blower and chain saw . No problems since I have been using it . I got really tired of cleaning carbs and such .

5 gal Plastic gasoline container from true value , but they sell them at walmart also .

good point about warming up before adjusting screw. Good to get  so much validation about Seafoam, is it overkill to put it in every fill up?
 I don't think ethanol free gas is an option here in Holland, mi

Here in the U.S. the ethanol makers are pushing for 15% ethanol instead of 10%.
