Cover over exhaust system?

I acquired a People GT 200i a few weeks ago, and just today noticed that in the pictures I've seen of the scooter, it has what I'm guessing is a plastic cover over the exhaust system — something my scooter is lacking.

I know it's just cosmetic, and I'm fine living without it (I'll probably use some high-temp paint on the muffler, since it has some rust), but I was curious if there's anywhere to get a replacement for this part. (I'm not even sure how to google for it, since I don't know what that part would be called, and I'm not looking to replace the entire exhaust.)

Heat shield so you don't get burns off a VERY HOT exhaust. 'Snot just cosmetic!

Ahhh ... having gotten a burn the first day I had the scooter (not serious; it was just warning me), I should have thought about that. Thanks!

Scooter Dynasty seems to have carried the part in the past but is now out of stock. Other than keeping an eye on eBay, anywhere I should look for things like this?
