Kansas Kymco's scooter pics!

most of you know that Kansas Kymco has a fleet of scooters... and I've jabbed him for a while for some pics. We finally PM'd and he sent me a few to post as he's having trouble with the size limit on our attachments. While he's getting that figured out I wanted to get these posted.

Gotta say I'm blown away by how clean all the scooters are. They look showroom new! Can't wait to see the entire fleet at some point. Also included a great pic from his patio up in Ely, MN as well as his new building.

Thanks Iahawk for posting those. Those are my oldest higher milage scooters. The Piaggio I purchased today has 900 miles on it without a scratch on it. Purchased my Italian scooter from a Asian guy that bought it for his daughter and it was to big for her. To me it looks like a child's toy it's so small.

Belonged to a little old lady that only drove it to church on Sunday. LOL  Actually it did belong to a little old lady that passed away from cancer. I purchased it from her husband. I had to put a battery in it and went ahead and put new Pirelli angels on as well. It's never been outside in inclement weather.

The roughest scooter I purchased (so far) has been a 2009 Xicting 250I that had sat outside. The seat cover needed to be replaced and some fading . I bought it from a dealer as a non-runner. Just finished a few minutes ago putting it back together after changing the fuel pump assembly.  It has under 2k miles on it.  I will send you a picture but it is dirty from sitting in the garage a few months.

I bought the GV and the above Xicting on the same trip to Texas from different people.

That 500 is a handsome beast, Well done Kymco! Never seen one before - cannot imagine why anyone would need more than that in a scooter.....then again I find it hard to imagine needing (wanting) any more than a healthy 150i from a scooter.

Stig if you make it out my way I will put you on a 500 Xicting.  They ride like a old Cadillac soft and plush suspension.  Very relaxing way to cover some miles.

Not entirely happy with my choice in seat covers.  I thought the blue would be a nice accent color but realize black would have been a better choice. Although the bike looks black it is a very deep blue in very bright light. It's twin is a metallic blue and the blue accent looks fine. Both were purchased from a couple North of KC. I bought them when everything was covered with ice so loading them in the truck would have been precarious.  The guy brought them down to McPherson on a trailer. He asked for nothing doing this for me. I paid for fuel and sent him and his wife a gift card to a nice restaurant.
