people gti dont start

hi everybody i am new here(but still i have read a lot of topics here) also sorry for my english.
stator new
voltage regulator new
batt new 13.2v and 11.3v whike crank
spark plug new it has spark
ignition coil in specs
crank potition sensor in specs 117?
injector in specs 11.2?.
isp clean.
celp reads fuel pump- injector- ign coil due to opening ignition switch without them (otherwise they work properly) i cant delete them with manual way.
scooter works like a pro till it is not start. it trys but nothing till batt is off 11v while crank.it has done that again after valve clearance and it was ground prolem i beleive because after cleaning the groundw was ok.
please help i will burn it

Check fuel pump relay.

i have check the relays by changing them between(thats why codes 33-41 on celp)and i have also take the injector in hand  try it and it sprays.

this scooter drives me crazy!!!!!!!!!!
one day works perfect the oter day dont start.
it acts like not enough spark(it has spark)or wrong time of spark(crank potition sensor 175.8?).
i am start thinking the batt its new full charged with 11.5v while cranking but its a cheap batt.

me either stig.thats why i finally jumpered it (after all this mess)and after a while it finally starts.
my conclusion about this bikes is that they are bulletproof but with many electrical problems(for me stator and after V regulator and batt)and very delicate with electricity(maybe because they trigger from the batt and not stator)BATT must be perfect grounds the same etc.

Maybe not enough cranking amps if it will jump start every time.
Otherwise I'd suspect a bad ground or evap system if it has one
