my winter project has just begun...clean up and organize my newly freed up garage space! I finally sold our 3rd car (rarely driven, just taking up room, only 2 drivers in the family).

It is so nice to have space to walk around in and to work in! I have more LED shop lights waiting to go up on the ceiling. I currently have 5 85 watt compact fluorescent (300+ watt incandescent equivalent) lights and 1 40 watt led in the 6 screw in fixtures plus I added 8 more 40 watt LED shop lights and have 4 more waiting to go up.

I've realized that as I get older there is just never enough light!

Hope you've had a good lunch ride - mind you it's probably only morning with you now!  So hope you have a good ride  ;D
Neil it was cold and windy but it was good to see fellow riders and visit. The ride home was into a 30 mph wind and I rode about 60 mph.  Temperature was around 50F. Special was chicken pot pie. 16 riders showed up for today's ride. The Burgman rider was the only other scooter beside my Xicting 250R.

Here in Italy is all year long scootering, though right now we are confined (COVID) within our region and asked to stay at home doing only neccessary shopping trips, one per family.

Forced to stay, l asked highest authorities
(a.k.a. Mrs Ruffus) how about workshop improvement.
Well, got permission and funding granted to install an AirCon in it.(pls see pics)
For this didn't take that much of time and efforts, l still have leisure to beautify my Like.
One could say, l'm overdoing a little, but....
Happy and safe scootering, Ruffus

This winter I am playing with a couple S90 Honda's.  Both have been in my possession (and in pieces) for 25-30 years.  A pandemic pursuit.

It's good to have a project to keep you busy and it would be good to get them back on the road.

Ruffus - I'm jealous, I would love to have heat and air conditioning in my garage (that is on a distant wish list). Scoot keeps looking nicer and nicer!

Ruffus my neighbor heats and air condition his garage. He uses it as a extension of his home.  My new building 14'x40' will be heated and air conditioned when finished.

Forced to make an unscheduled 25 mile round trip on Friday in temperatures of 2-3c and for the final leg of the return journey, in lashing rain.

Not my idea of fun on a scooter. My New Year resolution? Get those heated grips fitted before next winter!

PS Got a birthday coming up and my darling wife has just said “why not treat yourself to those heated grips you’ve been going on about?” Ha! Watch this space...
