Valve clearance

Somebody know how much mm socket i need to open the valve cover screw? And how much tourqe i need? Also the tdc crankcase how much mm socket i need? Photos below

Valve cover screw is 10 mm.
TDC is 19 mm.

Yoni, I assume you're asking this question because you don't own a socket set and you are looking to purchase the correct sized sockets?

 Typically you would pull out your socket set and fit the different sized sockets on the bolt heads until you find the correct fit. If you don't own a socket set be sure to get 6 point sockets, in metric size, that will contain the usual sizes. Standard socket sets will usually contain multiple sockets starting at either 8 or 10 mm going up to 19 mm.

and the torque specs for the valve cover? I couldn't find it on the manual.

Torque specs in the front of service manual based on thread size. Ten millimeter hex has an M4 thread diameter (4mm) so no more than a sperk plug. Just spin them on with fingers the just slightly snug with wrench. Doesn't take much to keep them from loosening.

I would NOT use a torque wrench on such a small fastener......you run the risk of over-tightening which leads to much, much bigger problems! You will need a small, very, very accurate torque wrench...a tool most home mechanics do not own.
 These small bolts are not sealing the hatch on a nuclear submarine!

I would follow Stig's advice closely. These fasteners for the cover are special. They have shoulders or flanges that limit how much the gasket can be squeezed. Once you thread them in until they stop, turn them with a wrench only 1/16 of a turn more and then STOP TURNING! 1/16th of a turn may be a bit too much so no more than that. Stig may have a better description but the idea is these little ones are SO EASY to strip the threads.

Try it and see if it loosens in operation. I bet it won't loosen....
