@boksaman,
pls take this with caution.
All big scooter clutch-nuts I saw until now, had 38mm flat-flat diameter. So, 38mm spanner or ratched nut.
It's the same size like most modern car-oilfilter caps (the plastic ones) e.g. OPEL/VOLVO
I by chance had one around in my toolbox.

this can be a tricky one...my S200 has a clutch nut that measures 38.95 mm so it takes a 39 mm socket.

When I was looking into this I saw numerous references to both 38 and 39 mm nuts. I found a relatively cheap 39mm socket on Amazon. Do you happen to have a digital caliper that will allow you to measure your clutch nut?

I have found OEM nut online but it doesn't say anything about dimensions

https://www.recambio-kymco.com/kymco-motocicleta/piezas_de_repuesto_de_asignacion/90202LEA7E00

if i cant find 38mm or 39 mm ill try to buy adjustable spanner.. anyway as soon i get to the nut ill take picture with measurements for future reference

Thank you for your answers !!

there are some older youtube videos online

 showing someone using an adjustable wrench on the clutch nut. They put the wrench on the nut and then banged the wrench handle on their garage floor to loosen the nut.

There's not much to hold or grab onto when removing that nut. I used an impact wrench and the big 39mm socket to get the nut off. You may find a big socket at a Harbor Freight store? I believe the 38 or 39 mm size is also commonly used on front wheel drive vehicle front axle nuts.

If not, Amazon is your friend..about $10 for a big socket.

@hawk thanks,
good to have different sources, and yes, my spanner is little bit bigger than 38mm.

In order to get my LIKE200i's clutch nut off - I carefully tapped a 1.5" socket onto the nut just enough to get a purchase. It grabbed the nut enough - and I was able to remove the nut. (1.5" = 38.1mm)

Had a long but successful day - as promised i'm gonna upload nut size dimensions for future reference, thing is i'm not sure this nut is OEM it measures 40.8mm..i have removed it with technique showed in youtube video posted by @Iahawk (thanks!!).
Whole procedure was easy and fun i suggest everyone who has time and tools to try it out - results are great, drove it in only in garage though -  it was raining outside.

But i can feel the revs going up and engine not bogging, everything was serviced, greased, sanded, torqued to specs.. all parts were in pristine condition (lucky me buying it used with 48000km, with no knowledge of motorcycles mechanics etc .. ) only thing i have changed is not OEM rollers (my guess RMS by the looks) weighing 15.5gr to RMS 13.43gr rollers ..

glad you got it figured out! I don't have an adjustable wrench big enough to fit the nut so that's why I bought a big socket.

Good to hear the nut removal method in the video worked just fine.

Hah! Looky at the "LEA7" stamped into that clutch plate! That's the prefix for the Downtown and who knows how many other models!

Almost all parts on my DT have stamp somewhere LEA7..  8)

Do you think there are other models having same marks? I was of thought that LEA7 is mark specifically for Downtown
