Vibration

Hi Y'all
I own a 2007 People S200 that I bought in Florida last winter. It now has 6500 km (4000+ miles) and running great. Except for a problem with vibration. It started shortly after I began riding it, then it seemed to go away again but now it is getting really bad. It happens when you first rev up to begin moving  and as you pick up speed it goes away.
I read elsewhere about the gear oil fill quantity. When I changed the gear oil the first time I too filled to the underside of the fill hole. This resulted in oil leaking out from the drain hole in the bottom of the air filter box. The gear box has a vent tube going into the air box. This went on for awhile and made a mess of the rear end of the scooter. I then drained the gearbox again and refilled with 180 ml and have not had any leakage since.
If anyone know anything about the vibation problem, I would like to hear about it.

Sounds  like the  clutch  maybe glazed..Simple  fix....Hold  your rear  brake tightly  locked and rev  your engine  for  a few  seconds..This will  remove the glaze  off  the  clutch  plates..

Your  noise/vibration  should be gone

I read that the owners manual is in error.
It says to fill until oil comes out the bottom of the fill hole.
That's not right - that would be too much oil.

I think Kymco released a service note saying to only ad the specified amount and no more.

Check your roller weights. They may be off balance, or out of shape. I had a similar problem with my Yager GT 200i and it went away when my mechanic say that the weights weren't symmetrical.
