Making Gasket?
« on: June 12, 2021, 03:10:58 PM »
I destroyed the valve cover gasket on my Bet and Win 250 when adjusting the valve s.  Is it possible to make one or is there a website to buy one.

Do gaskets require any type of adhesive?

Generally you don't use adhesive on gaskets, especially on valve covers (no need for a perfect seal), but I apply several dabs of silicone to keep it in place while putting the cover on. If it didn't have adhesive on it originally that's your answer.
