Carb jets.
« on: June 25, 2021, 05:42:02 PM »
I am rebuilding my old carb. Bought a new one to get bike running. Bike sat with gas in carb for quite a while. Does anyone know the stock jet sizes (main and pilot) for it or where to look it up? I have some laying around here but don't want to take carb in bike out to find out if I don't have to. Thanks. Brian.

we must be brothers from another mother..I just picked up a 96 Helix, we have our S200's but you have me in cc's with your KZ400 vs my Ninja 300!

I have written down 35 for pilot and 116 for main. I checked service manual and it lists 35 and 118.

attached pic of my main jet...sure looks like 116 to me, although there's no guarantee it is original to my scoot. Also attached page from service manual listing jet sizes.
