It appears to be the "same" site just rebranded. All the old articles and google links still take to correct articles. Just at a new domain.

yes, looks like he updated his website (probably not a bad thing..) and added info on e-bikes, too. That was one of my 'go to' sites when I was looking for my first scooter!
