scooters dominating Facebook Marketplace

I check FB Market place almost daily and notice a lot of 49cc scooters that are for sale cheap. Most are either missing body panels or have been neglected. Check this one out, It has been on FB marketplace for about a Month Now. I don't even think this thing can even be ridden on the road, Not to mention burning your butcheeks after being left in the sun. [img]

it's amazing what some people will create and ride!  I'm also noticing that the scooters advertised for sale frequently (usually?) leave out that little thing that is kind of important to scooter buyers...the cc of the machine!  Most make no mention of it and you can't tell by looking at scoot...
