No, that photo is with the little Lumix 20 - the big fancy 50 & 60 both have the lens glare. Most of it in the 50.
So, mostly use the 20 for night shots.
This is with the Lumix DMC ZS-60 - the star-burst street lights, not too bad.
It is possible to go into manual settings and work the light burst mostly out - but frankly I cannot be fooling with complicated settings when I'm dancing in traffic, with a tripod, etc., or on very frigid mornings.
Riders will tell you that removing gloves to take photos on frigid days is a great way to experience pain in your hands. I use quick settings, automatic settings - get the pic and get the heated gloves back on! No time for changing settings.
