Rear lights not working on Kymco Foru.

My mother has a Kymco Foru mobility scooter and the rear lights have suddenly stopped working.
Everything else, including front lights, is working OK.

Is there a technical manual (NOT the user manual) available for download? Kymco Foru is the only identification on the front.

Fixed. The seat refuses to lift off (even when the Allan screw is loosened, no indication why) but it was possible to pry the ABS cover loose from its two pillars and fossick around underneath. This revealed a dangling 4-conductor block connector which obviously should have been plugged into the matching socket in the middle back of the unit. Plugged it back in and the lights now work. Pushing it in should click home, but the tolerances on the plug and socket obviously don't last.
