Kymco Bet and Win 250 fuel filter
« on: September 26, 2021, 01:23:59 AM »
Is there a specific fuel filter I need for this scooter or can anyone suggest a generic one.

Does this scooter have the fuel filter inside the tank on the end of the fuel pump?
A filter which resembles a charcoal filled largish tea bag?

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

On my GV (similar to the B&W) it's a separate filter that attaches to the frame with a bracket.  I would think a inline filter would work as long as the fuel hose size is the same.
In parts 200S and Grand Vista and my motorcycles 2 CS BMW'S and one GS BMW.

Sold-32 Kymco scooters of various sizes this summer.

@Togger. Inline filter as Kk writes, any automotive shop has it. Outer diameter of connectors  6mm.

I can't find the filter, to be honest.

On my GV (similar)  it's on the right side under the plastic towards the top of the frame.

Thanks. What is that black cylinder type thing at the lower right with possibly braided wires going thru it, that appears to be held in a kind of half-circle clamp?

@Togger, it's a rubber grummet to protect rear brake line from chafing by motor movements.
