Welcome Kymco Owners!
Not from Ohio so I don't get it....
Got it! The Wright Brothers made their first flight on December 17, 1903, 4 mi (6 km) south of Kitty Hawk, North Carolina.
Me neither Karl so I don't either. A guess, are there no skyscrapers in Ohio?PS I'm sure Stig will put us out of our misery!
Looks like the twin small wing things ought to be at the front of the plane whereas on the plate they're on the rear?
That depend on what direction you think that plane is flying on the plate. It just may be headed to the right. I can just barely make out the pilot, seated, and facing to the right so that would make the smaller wings in front just like the actual plane.
Take your point Bob, but surely the pictures drawn to look as though the plane is towing the "birthplace of aviation" banner?
...a clueStig
Pitch planes (pitch control surfaces) in the Wright Flyer are pointy-ended and on the tag they are rounded.Do I get the prize?
