Met a new Friend II....

~ Back Story : August, 2020, one foggy morning....I stopped for a chat with this brown cow. I introduced myself and asked what his name was. ~

He said his name is "Bryan".
I asked him, "Is that with a Y or an I?"



He said, "they didn't tell me."

Brian III ~ September 2020 : Stopped to say "Hey" to Bryan this morning......

I didn't see him.
Switched off the Piaggio and asked this guy, "Is Brian working today?"



He said, "Don't know - let me ask Hold The Cheese!."
"Hey, Hold, SpaceMan here wants to know where Brian is ."
"I don't know, I'll ask No Pickles!."
"Hey Pickles - Brian's off on Tuesdays isn't he? - MajorTom over there is asking."

"He's not working today."

Well, I'll catch him next time.

So, yesterday (don't you hate people who start a sentence with 'So' !)
anyway, I'm at my local big-store grocers.
In my check-out lane is a kid I've known for a few years - he's bagging my groceries.

And his name is , Bryan! Here's my chance!

Hey Bryan, I've got a joke for you,
"I was riding my motorcycle* out near Yellow Springs one morning  and i stopped by this pasture to say hi to a cow there.
Big brown one.
I introduced myself, "Good morning. my name is Tom. What's your name?"
He said his name was Bryan.
I said is that with an I or a Y?

He said....."they didn't tell me."

Everybody around me laughed like crazy.
Except Brian.
My daughter said I need to work on my delivery....
