UXV700i Smelling antifreeze
« on: April 11, 2022, 11:10:01 PM »
I haven't had my UXV700i very long. about 2 weeks. I'm getting familiar with it, doing maintenance, etc. Every now and then I can smell "antifreeze". I checked fluid level. it's near Low mark. I will add, get it up to full mark. Why am I smelling antifreeze ?

Yep, more than likely a leak, look closely at all coolant conections, might be a very small leak where it evaporates andvthey can be hard to find.  Refill the tank and see how long it takes to go down.    If you need to locate the leak might best to do it when engine is hot because the leak will show up better. Honestly....probably a loose hose clamp somewhere..

I'm gonna try see where leak is. Hopefully easy fix
