Okay, unplugged the Fan and the connectors under the front left passengers glove box area. Cleaned with more QD electric spray and a lil electric grease.
Started her up and within about 8 minutes once i forgot about it the fan kicked on with furious roar, that little thing can move some air! Stuck my hand behind it, nice flow moving some warm air. Then it kicked off and came back again 15 minutes later, so I can probably call this thread FIXED.
