Front fender nut or bolt

Working on a Like that was stolen.
When installing new part provided from Ruffus I can't figure out how the front fender plate on the picture should be mounted. There is no nuts or bolts now, but they could have been removed by the thieves.
Also is it just mounted by the two mounting points and does it look correct with the gap to the black fender below?

Jesper, this parts are connected by big plastic rivets (pls see pic)

You can find bags of these pop rivets in varying sizes on ebay - and probably on amazon.

Great, just the info I needed.
Project is progressing - have desided to keep the red white look from Ruffus parts - a bit like the Danish flag
My hope is, it might also make it a little more recognizable and thereby less attractive steeling.
