Sad demise of our monkey....

This mural was painted several years ago in an alley in Yellow Springs. It had seen better days - and was touched-up a few times.
I took a snap here one morning...and Piaggio_americas liked it enough to post it to their Instagram account.

It became one of my fav places to take photos....








Sadly someone decided we needed a new mural.....not showing it here. Painted over it.

She has her coffee from Dinos, a great muffin from Tom's market ....and a little pat on her bottom from her favorite monkey🙃
Her mother asked, "you sure about that monkey photo?!"

Strange how the lighting changes the mural so much between the first two photos....the photo with your daughter is as precious and special as it gets.....I always want to take such photos and blow them up post size and hang them on the wall....but you can't....
