Winter Shminter!
« on: November 22, 2010, 02:47:03 AM »
Yesterday my buddy Vince and i rolled out a little after 9 AM headed south on 125.  Was cold, but beautiful morning light cheered us on.

We got 50 miles south and stopped for fuel and hot coffee at the intersection of 125 and 76.  We decided to have lunch on Branson Landing, so we headed west on 76 into Branson.

Had a great lunch at the Crab Shack, then walked the landing people watching and enjoying the warm day.  Rolled out headed back home around 2PM.  When we stopped for fuel i looked up and realized we had stopped at exactly the right place.

Rode into Springfield as the light turned golden.  A great 160 mile "winter ride".

Hope you all had a great day too.  ;D

Yes we ride all winter.  I will put a bit of stabilizer in the tank but i rarely go more than 2 weeks between rideable days.  For christmas i always ask for warm riding gear.   :)
