whoah ! did not expect the heat buildup

I've had m uxv450i for several years (got it new late in 2015) it wasn't till last year that I put a windshield on it, and today, I put a fabric roof on it. I did not expect the cabin to get so hot, so quickly, and no doors or back window,  Luckily, I can open the windshield, the airflow lets the heat escape

it'll probably be nice when plowing snow

For summer riding ya gotta have that windshield open!! If your out moving right along its not bad, but puttin around the farm it can get hot. Double check your cooling system to be sure the engine is cooling properly, mud/ dirt getting packed into the radiator can make things get really hot quick.  I also used some goop and gorilla tape to block off many of the open spots where heat can freely come thru the fire wall. That also makes it hold heat in the winter cold. I have a full enclosure that I put on for winter to make plowing comfortable, however it all comes off except the fold down windshield when April comes around.

I fixed that issue as well, I built a pole barn !!!  Nothing better than climbing into a nice clean machine to go out and plow snow !!!  Now if I can just figure out a remote starter like my Jeep has !!

an implement shed is in the plans. on a side note, my brother started on his pole barn, last July when I visited him, he had and area cleared and stumped, and a 36x60 building staked out. I asked him if it was big enough, apparently a few others asked the same question, visited him over Labor Day weekend

Man, think of all the toys that puppy would hold !!!  Mine is only a 24x40, but two stories tall. Most of the stuff upstairs isnt even mine....stuff my grown kids and wife want to keep !!!  At least the downstairs is all mine !!!

that is barn # 2 at my brothers camp, he, like myself, just retired, sold his home to his granddaughter, purchased our old family home from myself and my sister, 5 years to move all his "stuff" he has a variety of equipment, no ladders, but several 4wd Lulls, excavator, dozer, skid steer, Tucker sno-cat, army truck, several SxSs & Atvs, no boats,  yes, I think he has enuf to fill it quickly, he's emptying 3 garages at the property he sold to his granddaughter

I have a 30x30x35tall barn, 16ft to lower loft over back half, 23ft to upper loft over front half, been using as office with suspended ceiling @ 8ft  archive file storage in lofts, in process of getting files gone (I have them sold, along with some equipment), It will have 1 10w x12h overhead door, so not really intended to store a bunch of cars. I may resort to a fabric garage as a temporary measure
