not sure where you are located but the default answer is your local Kymco dealer. There are also online parts sources but you'll want to add your location / country.

@mojorising, welcome here!
Looks to me being one of this four bolts holding  your valve cover.
You said one of this threads is stripped:

Okay, no big deal:
-buy a 6mm HELICOIL repair set (online shops sell that for about €15,-)
-read its instruction and fix this thread

-buy simply a few  bolts M6x50 in your hardware store
- get a new valve cover gasket
- put valve cover, gasket on it and bolt it down with your newly purchased M6x50 bolts...voilà

He said he lost the bolt.  A kymco dealer should be able to get him a new one but I doubt that any dealer would have one in stock so it may take a while to get one.

@klaviator, yes,  I read he lost one of this bolts.
Measure is M6x50mm and its available in any hardware store which stocks metric bolts.

This additional shims and o-ring are not a part of this bolts.
To screw this valve cover down needs four bolts as mentioned and four small-brimmed 6mm washers on it only.

@klaviator, yes,  I read he lost one of this bolts.

When I was an apprentice and said something like this, my boss would reply:" It's there on the floor somewhere.  Get down on all fours with a flashlight and keep looking until you find it.  It's there, somewhere, waiting for you!"
