Noodoe creations not updating

Hello all
I have just picked up a 2017 AK550. I got Noodoe paired no problems and can send creations to it. But they don't update at all, it's like they are just static pictures. I've tried resetting the Noodoe system, uninstalling and reinstalling the Kymco app, and restarting my phone. Am I missing something? I have notifications set to be on.

I did try searching for this issue but couldn't locate it.

Welcome to the forum.

When you say you can "send" creations to Noodoe do you mean to the Noodoe screen on the bike or just to the Noodoe app?
What kind of creations did you create? Clock? Speedo? other? or are they photo creations?
Is your phone BT turned on and connecting to the bike at the time you expect the creations to show up and update?

I leaned that the phone is where everything in Noodoe is processed and what you see on the bike screen is just what the phone sends it. The bike does remember the last view sent from the phone so any active creation will only update if the phone is connected and running the Noodoe app through BT to the bike.

I primarily use Noodoe for the clock and also for navigation. The clock updates when I have the phone BT turned on and it connects to the bike when the bike is turned on. If the phone does not connect to the bike when the bike is turned on then the clock doesn't update to current time. Just an example.

I have downloaded and installed a few creations. They transfer across fine, but time and weather don't update. Navigating works fine, and the bike shows notifications when stopped. So Bluetooth is working fine.

That's a real puzzle. Definitely not working right. I'll have to do some research on that one to see what I can find. Keep looking into it yourself as well. Hopefully if anyone else has an idea they'll post here. There's more than just the AK 550 that has Noodoe.
