LIKEing Alabama in the winter.
« on: February 13, 2023, 03:20:46 AM »
I had somewhere to go this morning.  It was 41, gloomy and had just stopped raining so the roads were wet.  Drive or ride??  Now that's a stupid question.  Which of my five bikes to ride?  For around town I like my Like the best.  Despite the weather it was a pleasant ride.   Coming home a couple of hours later it was a pleasant sunny 49 degree day.  Perfect for a ride.

I felt like getting high so I briefly got on the interstate to get to this overlook.

It wasn't very high but still has a good view.

If you look northeast about 120 miles you may see me in Crossville.

I think I'd have to get a little higher to do that!

We had more "winter" weather in Alabama today so I got out and rode.

Gray and windy here, made it to 50 F.
Glad someone enjoyed a day on the scooter.  All I was up for was some walking.

With just riding errands and around my small town,  it answers why a lot of small scooters have low mile on them.

Look about 160 miles northwest and there I am! Great pictures! I must wait for at least high 50's and dry before scootin' boots.

We hit 16c (61f) and dry & sunny here today. Perfect scooting weather 👍

It was above 60 degrees F today.  I got out and rode around the urban jungle today.

I grabbed the ADV scooter tag here:

SmugMug is not free.  I post thousands of pics every year so it is worth it to me.  The 2 forums I am most active on no longer require using a picture hosting site but I find it easier to use SmugMug to organize my pictures.  It also means my pics are backed up if something happens to my computer.
