I found a sticker on my scoot with the 'odd' numbers on it,  oswaldters. The sticker wasn't on the carb, though, it had been moved. So I guess I won't know for certain until I take a look at it.

Yeah, with my luck I've go the odd carb as well.

I hope to find out in the next couple of weeks when I get around to checking it out.

That's a good question - I'd have to check the size of it now - I think something like a #35 but I'm totally guessing.

Yeah, the original slow jet is supposed to be a #35...

But the main jet is the first thing I have to deal with.

I see. I don't know about where  you're at but it's "supposed" to be in the 40's here tomorrow. I'm really hoping it does.

I received the Jets, they were correct, and fit.

I installed a 38 Pilot Jet and a 90 Main Jet.

I adjusted the mixture with the air screw after it was warmed up.

Set the air screw at about 1-1/4 out.

Starts much easier now.

There was a little bit of a stumble in the bike in the midrange until it got warmed up.

Runs fine, looks like i'm all set until the summer comes back, then I'll probably drop the main jet to an 85.

We will see.

Glad to hear everything worked out.

Isn't #85 the stock size, at least that what it says in the manual. Has anyone tried restricting the air flow instead of changing out the jets?? In colder weather air is more dense so if the mixture is too lean then couldn't you just restrict the air flow?

Maybe I'm just stupid.
