Thanks for sharing.  And I know you have lots of good rides putting those miles on.

Cool beans!
Your other rides are an ADV and the Majesty?
How many on them?
I think I've noticed that some here ride a lot, DIY rarely. Others - just the opposite.

Neil, do you work commute?  I'm strictly a pleasure rider.  Always felt the daily commuter should be a good source for a machines qualities.  The big Burgman scooters are the scooter choice around here for the daily ride in all kinds of weather, and see thousands of miles of use.

Klav - pretty incredible mileage for a small scoot in such a short period of time! Can you give us an ownership update at 20K? I know you’ve had a few small issues, but overall, how would you rate it?

I don’t have the slightest idea who you may be referring to..rarely riding and frequently DIY’ing?……  ::)

Delighted to say not any more Art. 😀. My days of 30K+ miles a year on my bikes are behind me now.

The miles I do now are purely optional and for fun. I can highly recommend it!

When I was ready to downsize from my Burgman 400, I advertised in the Burgman forum.
A fellow in your neck of the woods (Portland, Oregon) Bought it, and paid for shipping from Ohio.
He owned a bicycle shop, and had never owned a motorized vehicle of any kind!
He sent me pics....rode that baby and camped with it all over the northwest 🙂

20K miles is not a lot of miles for 4 1/2 years.  If it had been more reliable I'd easily be well over 25K by now.  When it's running right it's an awesome scooter but it has been the least reliable bike I have ever owned.  Right now its running great.  It still runs like new.  I haven't ridden it in several days because I was out riding one of my other bikes.

So far this year I have ridden more miles on my like than any of my other four bikes but after nearly 400 miles on my KLX in a couple of days it's catching up fast.

My 2012 majesty which I bought new in 2015 has around 31K miles
My ADV 150 which I bought a year ago has 3800 miles.
I also have a 2012 Kawasaki Versys 650 which I bought new in 2014 which has 33K miles and my KLX250 which I bought three years ago has around 12K
