« on: July 13, 2023, 04:03:48 PM »
Hi guys be brought my son a kymco auto 50cc agility for his birthday it hasn’t been run or didn’t start for a year prior to when I brought it I got a new carb new battery new spark cleaned the fuel system out and refilled with clean petroleum and added sea foam in and a new fuel filter the bike started on the kick start but won’t on the electric start it ran then cut out straight away I started it again and revved it this time and it stayed on so I let it stay in high rev for a while to work through the system after this I tried to let it idle but it always cuts out no matter how many times I start the bike it just revs on its own high then low high then low then cuts out can anyone help please

Hello!
Welcome to the forum!
I'm clueless in 50cc.
If you don't hear from us with some good pointers - might be worth a visit to your local Kymco dealer to see how much it would cost to have it serviced. Hands-on servicing can often be so much more effective when starting from ground 0 with a scooter which has sat, unused.

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.
