What is the plan?
Far from that nothing is imposible but for first look only the agility OK for agility: https://www.bike-parts-kymco.uk/kymco-motorcycle/assignment_spare_parts/5150AALJ8E10NEA
I stongly believe You may want something different... If so than you need a kalipper and a kind of scrap yard where the kymco's taken apart. Need to check diameters, how long the "other" suspension etc. Probably you can put in the people's fork or suspension rod itself. The question is why? And no forget stay at road legal.

Thanks for the answer Tilos, the problem is that the agility 16 plus model is very rare in my country, so I can't find that part (steering wheel bar with shock absorbers), and the authorized service has a long wait and it's very expensive.  In my country, a lot of kymco like 200i, people S, agility 125, agility city 125 with 16 wheels are driven, and it seems to me that the fork is similar to the one on my agility plus.  So I wanted to ask if anyone had a similar experience.  I don't believe kymko makes that part specifically just for that model...

@Marco77 welcome here!
You might take a front part from a PEOPLE S 150, which has a 16' frontwheel.
As you say, lots of AGILITY 16 are around in your country, I bet they fit into your scoot.

Like Tilos said, take a caliper, measure your upper holmes and go for a search on different platforms.

Should not be too difficult to find a matching one.

Thank you both for your reply, I will measure and compare with my steering rod from agility 16 and People s 150 as you suggested, that's the best way.  Greeting :)
